Woo Hoo - My first DT card for........ CHARISMA CARDZ!! :)



I have been so excited and bursting to announce that I have been asked to join the wonderful DT at Charisma Cardz! :)  I have always loved playing along with their challenges, as they have some really fun and inspirational themes, so I am very honoured and proud to be asked. :)

So, onto this weeks challenge - BINGO - this means we want to see your creations using any line from the following list:

Flowers -  Gems  - Circles
Pearls - Masking - Ribbon
Glitter - Squares - Charms

We have 2 wonderful sponsors this week - Simon Says Stamp and Pink Cat Studio.

I used Flowers, Pearls and Glitter.  I hand-stitched the papers, hand-beaded with pearls and went punch crazy with snowflakes.  I used Marianne mini poinsetta dies and McGill branch punch.

    Woo Hoo!! Way to go! Congrats Alison, I'm so pleased for you - you truly deserve it!!
    I love all your cards and this one is another stunner. Love the angel and the colouring is perfect with her lovely blonde hair, holly wreath and glittery wings. Great layout and looks great using the same tones and all those snowflakes must have taken a while putting on the pearls!! but they sure look beautiful! Gorgeous!

    Congratulations - really brilliant to hear. Your layered snowflake strips are so effective & I love the way you've used a monochrome colour scheme & brought the whole to life by colouring her hair & holly circlet in different colours - the whole just 'pops'. I like the way the whole design is weighted too - the three flowers & the words Love, Joy & Peace forming a right angle balancing the left "spine" of the card. And I've just seen the way those poinsettia flowers balance & echo her holly circlet.... My goodness there's so much here.
