Anything Goes @ I ♥ Promarkers




Hello and good morning :)

My card today is for our new challenge over at I ♥ Promarkers where this week we have a really easy theme of  'Anything Goes'.  We are sponsored by the fabulous Joanna Sheen who is generously offering the winner a £10 voucher to spend online. :) 

This weekend I had been playing about with some dies (again) and made the above shape with just a Cheery Lynn victorian corner die cut twice and layered on top of each other.  I thought that this gorgeous Sweet Pea image went really well with it and just coloured with PM's.

The border was made from a MS punch and another Cheery Lynn Lace die and the flowers are WOC. Quite quick and simple for me :)

    Oh WOW Alison - just WOW! Love how you've used the dies and love the dies themselves. Another to go on my growing list of wants!!!

    The flowing lines of her hair are perfect with the shape of that very detailed die & love the way you interweaved your image with the die. The rose trellis is very pretty & htat aqua so soft with the matching pearls. Super matching of the colouring of her eyes too & doesn't the lace around her top match the die beautifully too.
    I love the pointy bits of her ears & the flowers behind them & the way they pick up on the bordering of your trellis & the two pointy bits by the left & right roses of your image's frame. (Hope all that makes sense - seems to have ended up a bit of an essay).
