Cheery Lynn - Lots of Layers



Hi and Good Morning :) 

Todays card was inspired by this weeks theme over on the Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge blog of 'Lots of Layers', and as always the lucky winner will recieve a $20 voucher to spend online at the Cheery Lynn Store.

This is something a little different from me as it is quick and relatively simple but a Time-Bandit stole my weekend! lol :) 

My card base was 6 x 6 inches and I layered K&Co paper onto white american crafts cardstock, and all dies were cut from both this card and paper.  I added some lacey borders using the Anastasia Border, and a couple of mini flourish die cuts too.  I matted my image onto some oval and scalloped oval stackers and made the gorgeous frame using the Polynesian Sails die.

I added a couple of flowers with some bling for a finishing touch.

DL153A - Polynesian Sails Angel Wing
B291 - Mini Fanciful Flourish
D137 - Sweet Williams
B307 - Sweet Williams Strip
XM -8 - Scalloped Oval Stackers
M - 7 - Oval Classic Stackers

    Oh that little bandit is over your way as well.......
    Striking with your die-cut flower echoing the one in the image. Beautifully soft with the pale green pearls & your green patterned paper layers set off by the white layers.

    This is gorgeous Alison, one to treasure.

    Sorry I've not visited in a while, I've not felt in the least bit crafty. Have bought a couple of new items to see if it will help me get back in the swing!

    Many, many thanks for your message following the loss of my lovely mum. I don't think I will ever get over losing her but hope in time this awful pain will lessen.
