Pretty in Pink - Charisma Cardz



Back again today with another card to share :)

Todays card is for our new challenge over at Charisma Cardz where this week our theme is 'Pretty In Pink' and we are sponsored by Digistamp Boutique and Crafty Emmas Store.  Both fab prizes! :)

I followed last weeks sketch on Just Magnolia and hand-stitched and layered Papermania papers and kraft coloured card.  I distressed and inked the edges and then painted with white acrylic paint.  The flowers are WOC and they were sprayed with white undercoat model paint, to add to the shabby chic look.

    wawwww i love this card there are so many things to look at !! full of adorable details! like this little star, you don't see it straigth away but it's there, perfect adding even more sweetness to the whole picture, excellent card, gosh i'd love to be able to make one like that...

    Delightful the way your pearl pin picks up the polka dots of the ribbon. Your intricate white swirls pick up the shapes of the lacey oval edges beautifully too. I like the way the twine helps to draw the eye to the muslin material too - think it must be the pattern & texture that does it in my brain!!
