Good Morning fellow crafters and bloggers! :) Dont ya just love autumn?
I adore this time of the year, the misty mornings, glorious colours, wind, rain, dark nights and things that go bump in the night! lol :) October is also my favourite month as its my birthday - I was born 2 days early for Halloween, although my mum used to say I was quite a little witch anyway! :D lol.
This weeks challenge over at Cheery Lynn Designs is Halloween and my card today uses some of my favourite Cheery Lynn Dies ever! I started off with a 6 x 6 blank card base and layered MME papers onto black American Crafts cardstock. This is also the same paper and card I used to cut all my dies with.
For the border I cut 6 of the spider web corners and then added the gorgeous French Lattice Die (which is sooo elegant) on top. I layered the smallest of the 2 of hearts die for dimension and tucked that behind. The cute bats (yes I think bats are cute!) look brilliant when they are cut and come in 3 sizes. The flowers are made from my favourite Roses dies and the leaves and stamen are from the increasingly useful Build a Flower set.
The gorgeous Morticia image was gifted to me from my special blogging buddy Judy who thought I needed cheering up after having a tooth removed last week :) aww ! It certainly did the trick - I LOVE this image ! Thanks hun ! :)

Hope your teeth have settled down. Your card reminds me of that old TV series 'Bewitched' which used to capitvate me as a child. I must admit I rather like the misty cosiness of this time of year, not sure about the spooky aspects, but I love the smell of autumn & have fond childhood memories of roast chestnuts etc......

Love the vintage ones, the House Mouse is just darling and this one is sooo fab! Love the colours and, like some of your other followers, makes me think of The Addams family.
